My therapeutic approach utilizes a range of holistic, integrative techniques.
I focus on getting to the root cause of your concerns by deeply listening to and honoring you and your whole self. My goal is to support your innate strength, health, and healing resources, so you can find the resolution that is right for you.
There's an emphasis on self-empowerment, and helping you gain tools to deal with your challenges in more constructive ways, while teaching skills you can use on your own in your daily life.
You can choose a specific modality for your sessions, or we can explore in the moment to see which approach, or combination of approaches, will be best-suited to address your concerns.
Sessions are 90 minutes long, and can be done in person, over the phone, or by video call (zoom or Skype).
